Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Caretaker & Custodial Services at the Hamilton Campus located at 1842 King Street East, Hamilton. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) one (1) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around July 1, 2018.
A site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 1:30pm.

Proposals should be submitted to:

On or before the submission date of: May 22, 2018 at 11:00:00am EST.

Proponents should submit four (4) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive. Proposals are to be prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name and return address of the proponent, and with the Submission Date.

Envelope No. 1 – Administrative and Technical Submission
The proponent should submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the following information in Envelope #1. The original copy should be labelled as such:
i. Appendix B
ii. Appendix D
iii. Bid Submission Requirements
iv. One (1) Electronic Copy
Envelope No. 2 – Price Submission Appendix C
The proponent should submit in a second envelope, one (1) original of the completed Appendix C – Rate Bid Form.
