SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF OFFICE FURNITURE
The Ottawa Catholic School Board is coordinating this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) as part of a cooperative initiative between the following Participants: le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board , and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB).
Products will be purchased on an “as, if and when required” basis for the contract term (November 1, 2018 to October 30, 2020) as well as a one-year extension period, if the option to extend is exercised, for delivery to the following:
- Approximately 310 sites within the City of Ottawa
- Approximately 19 sites within Eastern Ontario, outside of the City of Ottawa
Firm discounts off Manufacturer’s published price lists are being sought for the following product lines:

Inline
Other
While there is no commitment to a dollar value of purchases, for information purposes only, the approximate combined past purchases of the Participating Boards for the period from Sept. 2016 to October 2017 CAD$ 1,806,862.00 (for indicative and information purposes only).
During the budget year shown, several new schools were opened. Please note that this is not an annual occurrence and can have a significant impact on the volume for any one year. The volume of purchases as shown is based on past requirements, is not guaranteed and may vary during the term of the Contract. Respondents agree not to rely upon these volumes.
