TENDER NOTICE
21-1692EC Snow Clearing, Removal and Salt/Grit Services
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”) is calling tenders for Snow Clearing, Removal and Salt/Grit Services..
Contract(s) will be for two winter seasons (2021-2023). The Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract(s) with the successful Respondent(s) for two (2) additional one-year periods.
It is the intention of the Ottawa Catholic School Board to award a contract or contracts from this solicitation to the Respondent(s) (if any) who offer the best price for each site, provided that based on their Offer, the Respondent’s scope of equipment are adequate for the work described and their references are suitable, as determined solely by the Ottawa Catholic School Board in its discretion. Consequently, the Ottawa Catholic School Board shall not be bound to award to the lowest or any Offer.
Respondents should note that this procurements is within the scope of Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario or the Comprehensive Economic Free Trade Agreement (CETA) and subject to such documents as amended, although the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the specific terms of this document.
The tender package will be available to Bidders on Tuesday June 1, 2021. The package may be picked up at the Main Reception of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, 570 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. For inquiries email leigh.peacock@ocsb.ca.
There is NO fee for the tender package.
The Tender will close at 2:00:00 pm June 30, 2021.
