Request for Standing Offers Number 2019 –Electrical Standing Offer- PP
HVAC Service Firms
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, herein referred to as the “Board”, invites Electrical service firms to
submit Standing Offers for Electrical Repairs and Servicing Contracts at multiple locations in four (4)
designated service areas (Central, East, South and West). The purpose of the request for Standing
Offers is to provide qualified electricians, apprentices and related equipment upon request of the Board.
The Board will evaluate the respondent’s qualifications and unit rates in a 2-part process to select
successful respondents for each of the four (4) service areas.
The effective period for the Standing Offer shall be 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2021 inclusive.
