TENDER NOTICE
Regulatory Inspections & Preventative Maintenance (6 Designated sites Under Regulation 170/03)

The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Offers for regulatory inspections and preventative maintenance for 6 designated sites under Regulation 170/03 in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents.

The tender documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com).

Respondents must include:
-Name of Accredited laboratory
-copy of the accreditation certificate for the proposed analytical lab(s)
-Resume of 2 qualified technicians as per requirements under Scope of work 2.26.11
-The names of qualified persons along with copies of relevant certificates

Submissions are required to be in English.

Offers to be submitted by a single email in PDF format to FacilityTenders@ocsb.ca

NO LATER THAN 2:00:00 pm Thursday, June 17, 2021.
