Description

RFT 21-1682KV for Pest Management Services

The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), on behalf of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and itself, invites (Vendors and Suppliers Contractors) to submit Offers for the supply of PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions and Scope of Work specified in the attached Tender documents.

This tender is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Contract Term
Any Contract awarded shall commence on February 1, 2021 and shall be completed on or about January 31, 2022, to the full extent of the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract with the successful Respondent for one (1) additional one-year period.
All Respondents must include with their submission:

a valid Ontario Pesticide Operators Licence;
proof of 3 employees being fully licensed as exterminators in both landscape and structural pesticide application under the Pesticide Act;
current WSIB Ontario Clearance Certificate.
