RFSQ NOTICE
#22-2-1-TA PREQUALIFICATION - Flooring Contractors
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”, “OCSB”, the “Board”) to prospective respondents to prequalify for bidding opportunities on various Floor Replacement projects over the next five (5) years beginning 1 April 2022 to 28 February 2027. The majority of the work will be executed during the months of July and August of each year. Some case specific work may occur during the school year at which point the schools may be occupied when the contract work takes place. It is the intention of the Board to develop a list of prequalified Flooring contractors specifically for vinyl composite tile, carpet tile, and sheet good flooring replacement projects.
The RFSQ package will be available to Bidders on Thursday March 3, 2022. The package may be picked up at the Main Reception of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, 570 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. For inquiries email tony.arthur@ocsb.ca
There is NO fee for the RFSQ package.
The RFSQ will close at 2:00:00 pm March 24, 2022.
