TENDER NOTICE
23-1735BC Document Shredding
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites (Vendors and Suppliers) to submit Offers for the supply of secure document shredding services as specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender document.

Respondents must submit one (1) signed original of their Bid submission.
Respondents shall submit their Offers on the Tender Offer form provided and in a properly addressed, sealed envelope which clearly identifies on its face:

1. the name and address of the Ottawa Catholic School Board;
2. the Tender Offer number and name;
3. the Closing date and time;
4. the Respondent’s name and return address
