This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide roofing services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is the largest school board in Eastern Ontario serving students within a 2,760 square kilometre area known as the city of Ottawa. We are the seventh largest board by school population in the province of Ontario. Our students are based out of 143 schools - 113 elementary including two special education sites, 25 secondary including the Adult High School, and 5 secondary alternate sites.
Note: Contractors who were pre-qualified on the original RFSQ (17-032) do not have to re-apply.
The term of the prequalified supplier list will be commencing 1 January 2019 and terminating 31 December 2019.
