18-031 OCDSB - General Contractors for New Elementary Schools and Additions

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to bid on the construction of new elementary schools and school additions as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
 
Contractors may apply to qualify for bidding on either or both of the following two categories:
               (a)       Category A – construction projects estimated between $1M and $6.99M
               (b)       Category B – construction projects estimated between $7M and $20M

Respondents will be evaluated according to the criteria described in Appendix B – RFSQ Particulars – Section F – Rated Criteria.  Based on those criteria, certain respondents will be selected by the District to enter into a prequalified supplier list for the potential subsequent provision of the Deliverables to the District pursuant to an invitational second-stage competitive process. The term of the prequalified supplier list will be for a period of three (3) years, commencing 1 February 2018 and terminating 31 December 2020.  Further notifications will not be published.
