This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District” or OCDSB) on behalf of the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) and le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) and itself, herein collectively referred to as the Purchaser, to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Accessibility lift devices preventative maintenance services, as further described in Appendix D – ITT Particulars (the “Deliverables).
