The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking competitive quotations for the renewal of support and maintenance services and additional licences under its IBM Passport Advantage Agreement.
The scope of services is described in detail in the RFQ for IBM Passport Renewal RFQ 2018 which is available through MERX at www.merx.com or 1-800-964-6379, OSC reference number OSC201718M-202. The RFP and all updates may be obtained from Merx for $25.00 CDN.
Goods and Services must be delivered by March 23, 2018 - the term of any agreement shall be one year from April 01, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
Responses to this RFP must be submitted in the English language.
This RFP is an open competitive, negotiated request for proposal.
Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 19, 2018 by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed. Respondents must register with Merx, prior to bid submission, to obtain a PIN to submit a response to this RFP. The fee from Merx for EBS is $25.00 CDN.

MERX EBS does not allow submissions to be uploaded after the Proposal Submission Deadline, so the respondent should ensure they allow plenty of time to upload the documents.
