00011568 - Uniforms and Flight Suits

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge for all uniform requirements, including but not limited to flight suits, pants, and tactical shirts, 3 in 1 high visibility jackets, winter wear, and parkas. Ornge is looking to select a supplier(s) for all aspects of this uniform initiative.

Each unionized Ornge employee is entitled to receive clothing items. In addition, each unionized employee is entitled to an annual allocation of uniform components. Ornge provides uniform items to the following groups:

1. Rotor Wing Pilots;
2. Fixed Wing Pilots;
3. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (“AMEs”);
4. Paramedics;
5. Operations Control Centre (“OCC”); and
6. Base and OCC Management.
7. Transport Physicians
