Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for eProcurement Solution Software (the “Platform”) and Related Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

OPB is seeking a cost effective cloud-based Platform that is suitable for its size and complexity. The Platform will support the sourcing, procurement, reporting and supplier management activities. In addition, the service provider shall provide implementation and training services to support the initial onboarding of the Platform.

Mandatory requirements for this RFP include the following:

Proposed Platform must be a cloud-based platform.
OPB’s data residency must be limited within the United States (US) and Canada. Solely Canadian data residency is preferred.
No indemnity from OPB. The Agreement between OPB and the selected proponent must not contain an indemnity or any other form of indebtedness or contingent liability that would directly or indirectly increase the indebtedness or contingent liabilities of OPB.

The RFP process is a non-binding RFP which includes a consecutive negotiation process.
