Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Navision Support Services. The service provider will provide comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Dynamics Business Central 365 support services to OPB including the following at minimum:

Ongoing maintenance, support, and training services on an as and when required basis;
Application migration services; and
Other related services.

Details of the requirements are further described in Section B of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The RFP process is a non-binding RFP which includes a consecutive negotiation process. The highest ranked proponent will be invited to finalize a service agreement with OPB.

The proponent must be an authorized Microsoft Dynamics Navision Partner.
