This Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below.

3. How to Obtain Relevant Documents

OPB is posting a Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) on electronic Canadian public tendering systems (MERX and Biddingo), on November 22, 202, at the same time of posting this Notice of Intended Procurement. Interested suppliers should download the tendering document from the aforementioned Canadian public electronic tendering systems and are asked not to contact OPB for posting information.

4. Description of Procurement

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Liferay Maintenance, Support and Professional services as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

5. Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options
It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in December 2022 for one (1) production environment. The Term is of the contract is for two (2) years.

6. Language of Submissions
Unless otherwise indicated, all submissions shall be in English only.

The submission deadline for this solicitation is December 5, 2022 at 3:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
