Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Board Management Software and related services, as further described in Section B of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). OPB is seeking a cloud-based end to end Board Management software to create and distribute Board and Committee books of board materials. In addition to the software, the service provider will provide related services including but are not limited to implementation, maintenance, and training to support OPB’s usage of the software.
