RFP 2017 50 001 - Employee and Family Assistance Program

The Ontario Northland Transportation requires proposals for Employee and Family Assistance Program services. Employee and Family Assistance Program services are offered to both employees, pensioners, and their eligible dependents as defined by our corporate benefit package. There are approximately 4,000 people eligible to access these services of which 735 are employees and 1,287 are pensioners. A service provider is required to provide these services to all eligible members and their dependents within the communities in which we operate in northeastern Ontario as well as Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.
