ONCAT is inviting qualified Proponents to submit Proposals to develop and implement the new ONCAT.ca website with a refreshed and modernized visual identity that includes an enhanced CMS platform, a new search tool, and an enhanced experience for stakeholders.

All communication such as 1) requests for additional information, 2) clarification, and 3) proposed modifications or amendments concerning this Bid Document shall be directed in writing by email to:

All such RFP related inquiries must be received no later than the Jun 8, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. ONCAT will attempt to provide any assistance or additional information of a reasonable nature that may be requested by interested Proponents. All inquiries received before the deadline will be compiled and responses will be posted on MERX by Jun 13, 2017, Eastern Standard Time.

ONCAT will accept Proposals on or before the closing date and time of: Jun 16, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
