Description

ONCAT is seeking a CRM Consultant/Developer who has extensive experience developing and implementing CRM systems.

At ONCAT, our relationships with partners and stakeholders (e.g., transfer advisors, faculty at institutions, students, and other post secondary sector representatives) are multifaceted and critical to our mission. There are organization-specific factors that point to the necessity of a CRM. Two major examples include:

Interactions occur at multiple points within ONCAT, which reflects our varied work programme. To ensure our relationships have continuity, it’s imperative that anyone engaging with stakeholders has access to comprehensive information about previous interactions.
Institutional knowledge and collective memory are necessary for building deep, long-term relationships. Individuals hold invaluable insights about past events, relationships, and conversations. Reliance solely on individual memory becomes problematic when considering staff turnover and undocumented information.

Based on the above rationale, the implementation of a CRM tool is essential for ONCAT. Benefits include improved collaboration and communication across department, enhanced visibility into stakeholder interactions, streamlined processes for managing relationships and tracking engagement, and increased efficiency and productivity in stakeholder engagement activities.
ONCAT has identified a requirement for a CRM type solution that allows for a centralized repository of stakeholder contact information and details, notes, and insights about engagement activities.
