Description

Ontario Brain Institute (OBI) is a provincially funded not-for-profit organization maximizing the impact of neuroscience and establishing Ontario as a world leader in brain research, commercialization and care. OBI is dedicated to improving brain health by supporting collaborative research, commercialization of neurotechnologies and strengthening key partnerships and programs.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify the most suitable Contract Management System to support the needs of the Ontario Brain Institute and its staff.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid opening will be conducted after the RFP Submission Deadline.
Proposals will be reviewed to determine compliance with all of the mandatory requirements (pass or fail). Proposals which do not comply with all of the mandatory requirements will be disqualified.
Other than inserting the information requested on the mandatory submission forms set out in this RFP, a Proponent may not make any changes to any of the forms.
Proponents are advised that conciseness and precision will be highly valued during the evaluation process. The OBI does not require voluminous Proposals (maximum of 30 pages excluding Appendix A-E) and asks Proponents to focus on quality over quantity in the Proposal, wherever possible.
The Proponent shall include in its Proposal the checklist of the mandatory submission requirements.
