This RFP is to invite experience Canadian graphic design and production services to submit a proposal for the following tasks.

Develop bilingual (English and French) promotional videos for an app that will be used to report events of workplace harassment and violence. The proposal should include scenes that involves human actors in an office setting and in an industrial setting. The promotional videos should be about 3-5 minutes in length.
Use course transcripts to design/develop motion graphic animations and human voiceovers (French and English) for online/virtual courses on workplace harassment and violence.
Graphically design the following workplace harassment and violence prevention tools:
