The purpose of this document is to solicit qualification statements from experienced engineers to undertake the role of Project Engineer for O’Chiese First Nation (OCFN) new Capital Projects Team (PMT). This role has been created to support OCFN in providing project management support and technical overview of capital projects the Nation either currently has underway or will be executing in the future, Capital projects the Nation is currently undertaking or intends to undertake include:

Water System Upgrades and Expansion
Wastewater System Upgrades and Expansion
New Construction of Band Buildings
Roadway Rehabilitation
Pathway Development
Bridge Rehabilitation and/or New Bridge Construction
