Project Description:
Northern College is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this RFP for Architectural firms to provide architectural services for exterior and interior renovations to the Cafeteria at the Timmins Campus.

See Schedule A1 & accompanying photos for further information.

The intent of the project is to complete interior and exterior renovations to the Cafeteria at the Timmins Campus.
The project is located at our Timmins Campus; 4715 Highway 101 East, South Porcupine, ON P0N1H0.
The project shall be planned and constructed in a manner that supports the principles of sustainability and net zero carbon emission as practical within the assigned project scope and budget. In addition, the design must be in accordance with the most current AODA standards.
