This Contract is for the interior renovation of the lower floor of the apartment complex located at 42 Second St. in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, consisting of selective demolition and removals and construction of 2 new apartment units as well renovations to an existing apartment unit and related existing spaces as described in the contract documents. The Owner is Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology.
