Northern College is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified Proponents to provide Student Housing Demand Analysis and Simple Feasibility Model as described in the Schedule 1A. At the discretion of Northern College, this opportunity may also include additional consulting services related to Student Housing should they be required within the contract term.
The purpose of this initiative is to create a general report that informs campus planning and guides future functional construction project.
As Northern College plans for growth, it is experiencing a change in:
 i. The mix of students, most notably an increase in international and graduate students.
ii. Local private & rental housing market and transportation directions;
iii. Shifts in demand for room type, features & amenities, food services and sustainability (low carbon footprint)
