Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 after 4:00 pm.  General Contractors and Roofing Contractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to tenders@leaainc.com.  E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘St. Theresa Upper Roof Replacement – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered, electronic .pdf offers on official tender forms, signed under seal, executed and dated, must be received by e-mail addressed to the Owner, prior to the closing date and time as per the requirements of the Bid Documents.  Submissions received after the closing time may  not be accepted.  Hardcopy or fax submissions will not be accepted.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
