Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 after 2:00 pm.  General Contractors and Major Masonry Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to tenders@leaainc.com.  E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘St. Lawrence Hall Masonry Restoration – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

A mandatory, video conference bidder’s briefing, is scheduled for Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time.  Attendees shall register in advance as per instructions provided in the Bid Documents. 

Questions relating to the project should be directed by e-mail to tenders@leaainc.com.  

To be considered, electronic, .pdf offers on official tender forms, signed under seal, executed and dated, must be received by e-mail addressed to the Owner, the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, prior to the closing date and time as stated in the Bid Documents.  Submissions received after the closing time may  not be accepted.  Hardcopy or fax submissions will not be accepted.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
