The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the St. Gregory Catholic Elementary School Electrical Distribution Upgrade project.
The scope of work for the includes but is not limited to, the replacement of existing main switchboard, the replacement of all feeders to existing panelboards and all other existing loads on main switchboard, associated service entrance work and ventilation requirements to new electrical room and all associated removals and finishing’s.
General Contractors and major Electrical Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format, after 2:00p.m. on Wednesday February 6th, by submitting an e-mail request addressed to russod@npsc.ca. E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘St. Gregory Electrical Distribution Upgrade – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered, offers must be submitted on official tender forms and will be received by the Owner, the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, 1000 High Street, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 6S6, attention: Mr. Dan Russo, Manager of Plant Services, prior to the closing date and identified in the Bid Documents.
Submissions received after the closing deadline will not be accepted. Fax or e-mail submissions will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
