Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 after 2:00 pm.  General Contractors and Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to tenders@leaainc.com.  E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘OLF Building Envelope and Ventilation Upgrades – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

A non-mandatory, highly-recommended bidder’s briefing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at 11:00a.m. local time.  Attendees shall meet at the main entrance of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary located at 60 Marshall Ave, North Bay. 

Questions relating to the project should be directed by e-mail to tenders@leaainc.com.  

To be considered, offers must be submitted on official tender forms and will be received by the Owner, Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, 1000 High Street, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 6S6, attention: Mr. Dan Russo, Senior Manager of Plant Services, prior to the closing date and time as per the requirements of the Bid Documents.

Submissions received after the closing deadline will not be accepted.  Fax or e-mail submissions will not be accepted.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
