NPCA-2020-006 - New Treetop Trekking Pavilion

This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective qualified contractors to submit quotation For a New Treetop Trekking Pavilion at the Binbrook Conservation Area (as further described in Appendix D - the RFQ Particulars).

The work (“Work”) is the construction of a new pavilion at the Binbrook Conservation Area, located at 5050 Harrison Road in the City of Hamilton, Ontario (“Place of the Work”), for the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (“Owner”), as is more particularly described in the RFQ Documents and the Project Drawings prepared by the firms of KLS Engineering (Structural), MEP Engineering (Mechanical), and Z&S Engineering (Electrical) (each shall be taken as the “Engineer” with respect to the work depicted on their Project Drawings).
