Description

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide an overall drainage plan that would serve to adequately drain the camp sites in addition to providing drainage for the subbase of a new granular ring road at Long Beach Conservation Area as further described in (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

1.8.1      Proposals to be Submitted at Prescribed Location

Proposals must be submitted to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority’s contact list in 1.2 of this RFP
Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

1.8.2      Proposals to be Submitted on Time

Proposals must be submitted and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFP Timetable. Proposals delivered after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.

1.8.3      Proposals to be Submitted in Prescribed Format

Proponents should submit 1 original and Three (3) Copies of their submission along with one electronic copy.
