This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective qualified contractors to submit quotation to install a Sontek SL500 Side Looking Doppler Current Meter at the exiting Welland River Siphon West Gauge as further described in (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”)

Proponents should submit Two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in a PDF format in a sealed envelope which contains evaluation criteria only. NO Pricing should be included in this package.
Proponents should provide One (1) hard copy pricing detail (Appendix C) in a separate sealed envelope.
Quotations are to be prominently marked with the RFQ title and number (see RFQ cover), with the full legal name and return address of the proponent, and with the Submission Date.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the Quotation, the hard copy of the Quotation shall prevail. Submissions by other methods will not be accepted
