Description

This study will undertake the necessary hydrologic and hydraulic analysis in order to generate 100 year return period flood lines for Walker Creek and Beamer Creek in the City of St. Catharines. The upstream limits of the updated floodplain mapping shall be the same as the existing floodplain mapping. All components of this analysis shall be consistent with the Ministry of Natural Resources procedures and standards as well as Environment Canada’s Flood Damage Reduction Program requirements.

3 bound paper copies of the proposal shall be submitted.

The NPCA notes that any proposals received after the deadline or deemed by the NPCA to be incomplete in any way will be rejected.
