Niagara College is conducting an open Request for Bids procurement process for a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to replace the complete roofing system on the Voyageur Building roof at the College’s Welland campus.
Under the current circumstances and group isolation requirements, there will be no physical site visit. However, a non-mandatory bidders briefing has been scheduled for:

Major subcontractors are also invited and encouraged to attend this Virtual Bidders Briefing. If a Bidder or Major subcontractor (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Virtual Bidders Briefing, the Attendee shall register by sending an email addressed to the Contact Person, detailing the Company Name along with the Bidder's Contact Name, Email Address and Telephone Number. Attendees registration email shall be submitted no later than 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Monday, May 4, 2020. The College Contact will then reply to all registered Attendees (sent to Attendees' Contact Email Address) with an email providing details as the Attendee can join the Virtual Bidders Briefing at the date and time detailed in Section 1.9.1.
The Work shall be completed as one (1) project throughout the summer.
