Work for this contract is to commence immediately upon notification of award. All work will have to be outside of College working hours. The work must be completed by the Completion Dates below.
The scope of the work includes thew following:
- TC107 classroom to lab conversion
- Run new sanitary and water lines to hand sink and eye wash station
- Install wider door and add windows to match other Rankin Lab spaces
- Add new power and compressed air lines for pneumatic and hydraulic trainers
- New flooring and paint
Completion Date - Sanitary Line: September 8, 2021
Completion Date - Conversion: December 31, 2021
- TC142 classroom to expand the Welding Lab
- New 347/600V panel and outlets for welding booths
- Expand welding gas piping for new booths
Completion Date: September 8, 2021
- TC104 classroom
- New 120/208V panel and outlets for desks
Completion Date: September 28, 2021
- Rankin Corridors
- New lights and ceiling throughout (labelled A,B, and C in Appendix A)
Completion Date: September 28, 2021
