Niagara College is seeking a Gold level Oracle Service Provider to Implementing the on-premise PeopleSoft Travel and Expense module. The project will include the design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of the module. The College is currently on PeopleSoft (PS) Financials version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54.
With the PeopleSoft on-premise Travel and Expense module, Niagara College is expecting to achieve the following objectives:
 To ensure focus on enhanced user experience through balance of simplicity, function and user accountability 

• Create a systems-based approach where users can complete and submit travel and expense claims and purchasing card (credit card) using Peoplesoft
• Build in the College’s travel and expense policies and procedures including allowances, limits and pre-approvals to ensure compliance by Users. Examples include:
  • Pre-approval required on travel beyond 300km one way
  • Pre-approval for cash advances
  • Define rates for mileage, meal allowances, etc.
  • Include an acknowledgement and sign off by the User and Approver when submitting and approving expense that indicates the expenses are in compliance with College policies
