Description

The College is seeking an experienced and qualified Service Provider to conduct Preventative Maintenance and repair services for a variety of nursing lab equipment equipment, as well as low-fidelity, mid-fidelity and high-fidelity simulation mannequins at the College.

The Service Provider shall be required to;

perform one (1) preventative maintenance visit per term (three times per year) that will be scheduled in collaboration with the College staff; and
make repairs to the Equipment using both OEM (genuine) and generic parts.

Both the Preventative Maintenance visits and any corresponding repairs are to be completed within the College's regular working hours.

The College will be conducting a recommended Site Visit which has been scheduled for:

Report To: Main Entrance of Applied Health (AH) Building (Meet in front of the Information Centre)

This site visit will allow Respondents to visit and examine the site and become familiar with all features and characteristics affecting this Agreement.
