Description of the Goods and/or Services:
Provide a modern, comprehensive, and accessible LMS that supports effective teaching, learning, and assessment in multiple modalities. The solution must be cloud-based and must integrate with various systems, including Peoplesoft. The LMS and the vendor must comply with relevant privacy and security requirements. The vendor should also provide professional and responsive account management, including support for LMS implementation, stakeholder training, and technical needs. They are expected to work in a cooperative manner with customers, be flexible, innovative, and professional in providing quality services to customers.
