Description

The College is conducting an open Request for Bids procurement process for a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, and equipment for the renovation of the current Lundy Boardroom to the Indigenous Lounge at the College’s Welland Campus (the "Work").

The Work shall include a new Mechanical Air Handling Unit for conditioning space and ventilation for smudging ceremonies. Work will include interior architectural finishes and modifications of existing structural, mechanical and electrical systems. The Work is to be done in accordance to the specifications and drawings noted in the Schedules.

A recommended bidders briefing and site visit has been scheduled for:
