2019-13 - Fitness Equipment Maintenance

The College is seeking an experienced and qualified Service Provider to conduct Preventative Maintenance and necessary repair services for the College’s Cardio and Strength Fitness Equipment (the “Equipment”). 

The Service Provider shall be required to;
- perform quarterly Preventative Maintenance visits per year per facility that will be scheduled in collaboration with the College staff; and
- make repairs to the Equipment using both OEM (genuine) and generic parts.

All the Preventative Maintenance visits and any corresponding repairs are to be completed within the College's regular working hours and in collaboration with the College staff.

The College will be conducting Mandatory Site Visits which have been scheduled for:

It is mandatory that all bidders attend the bidders briefing and site visit at both campuses.  Subcontractors are also invited and encouraged to attend.  Bids submitted by any bidder that did not attend the mandatory bidders briefing and site visits at both campuses will be rejected.
