Description

Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology seeking a qualified service provider to carry-out the associated services of an Employee Engagement Survey. The service provider will be required to collaborate with the College to design and administer a survey that ideally:

- takes an employee less than thirty (30) minutes to complete
- addresses’ the College’s objectives and deliverables
- is based on leading best practices in: survey methodology; preparing reports of the results including benchmarking comparisons with similar organizations
