RFP #2020-60 - Document Digitization:
The conversion of confidential hardcopy student files, records and general documents into softcopy; electronic or digitized records and to metadata tag the digitized files.
Pick-up and convert hardcopies to a pdf format and have the softcopies made available on any one of the following requested formats:

On Hard Drives (provided by the College or by the Supplier)
Flash drive or USB Drive
Other approved portable electronic storage device

Return hardcopies to the original pick-up location or securely destroy the originals.

Please refer to Schedule 1 of the Draft Agreement for further Goods and Services requirements.

Deadline for Proponents to submit RFIs is November 26, 2020, 3:00:00pm local time
Deadline for Submission of Proposals (Submission Deadline) is December 8, 2020, 3:00:00pm local time
