DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - DIGITAL ARTS RENOVATION
This Contract consists of a 3,000 square foot renovation to the existing third floor of the Simcoe
Building at Niagara College, Welland, Ontario.
The new renovation includes minor demolition of selected existing concrete block and drywall
walls and ceilings to create two new multi-purpose spaces and a central focal and recognition
space for the Digital Arts Program.
Division of the Work among Subcontractors is solely the Contractor's responsibility. Neither the
Owner nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract
terms between sectors or disciplines of work.
A mandatory bidders briefing and site visit has been scheduled for:
