2017-54 - Cyber Security Risk Assessment

Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “College”) is seeking a service provider with experience and success in conducting cyber security risk assessments and reviews in the public sector environment and specifically in a Canadian College or University environment. The service provider will conduct a comprehensive review, risk assessment and gap analysis of existing information security and information management programs at Niagara College. They will provide a roadmap of prioritized recommendations that can be implemented in a phased in approach. 

The service provider will be expected to identify best industry practices in information technology and information management in a Canadian higher education environment. The service provider will be expected to consider resourcing requirements with their recommendations.
 
In addition to the comprehensive review and meeting the deliverables of the cyber security risk assessment described the following Sections, the College may request the service provider to provide ongoing support in relation to network and server security, cyber risk assessments and future analysis of security and management programs.
