Description

Niagara College, (the “College”) is seeking bid submissions from a certified Salesforce Consulting Partner to implement (in a phased approach) Salesforce CRM for several areas at the College. This engagement is comprised of two (2) stages.

- Stage 1 - The development of a Niagara College CRM Enterprise Architecture Strategy (at an overarching high level)
- Stage 2 – Implement this Salesforce CRM strategy and plan within the International Division at the College

The Successful Respondent shall:

- has a background, and direct experience, in guiding and managing higher education Salesforce CRM implementations
- lead resource assigned to has a Technical Architect designation/certification from Salesforce and at least two (2) years' experience designing these types of architectures
- provide ongoing Salesforce.com system support capability beyond initial implementation

Implementation is expected to commence mid-March, 2018 and be completed by the end of July, 2018.
