Niagara College, (the “College”) is seeking to obtain a bid submission from a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to install Counter Tops and associated with Project 1 in the Dental Lab and Project 2 at the Child Care Centre at the Welland Campus (the “Work”). This Scope of Work will be completed at the campus located at:
100 Niagara College Boulevard, Welland, ON L3C 7L3
Special provisions: The area where the Work is taking place to be sealed from the other non-working areas. Once the work is completed all the equipment that was removed must be returned to its original location and the area cleaned to dental office standards. Niagara College will provide the “Cleaning Standard” at site visit meeting.
All Divisions, Drawings and Specifications have been included for your reference as Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C to this Request for Bids. The College reserves the right to add, remove, or modify the Work as appropriate.
Work for this contract is to commence immediately upon notification of award.
Throughout the duration of the project the Service Provider shall attend routine site meetings and progress meetings with the Niagara College Contact Person or Designate(s) to provide updates and review performance related issues.
Bidders must review all Schedules and Appendices (Bid Documents) provided and any Addenda or Response to Questions.
