This Project is located at Niagara College, Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, 135 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake ON L0S 1J0

The Project includes renovations of two classrooms at the main campus building and adding one new door at one of the corridors.

Renovation of room E104. Located at the main level of the building. The room is to become the Sustainability Office for the College. Area: 45 m2

New flooring, ceiling, and wall finishing are required.
Existing flooring, lighting fixtures, ceiling grids, and panels need to be removed and new ones will be installed.
One L-shape cabinet with a countertop is needed.

Renovation of room N215. Located at the second level of the building. The room to become a Student Rights & Responsibilities Office. Area: 74 m2

New interior walls need to be installed.
New flooring, ceiling, and wall finishing are required.
Existing flooring, lighting fixtures, ceiling grids, and panels need to be removed and new ones will be installed.
New doors are required based on the new layout of the room.

Corridor N2C04. A new door is required to be installed at the location noted in the drawing file.

The Work must be Completed by August 31, 2022

If a Bidder or Major subcontractor (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Bidders Briefing, the Attendee must provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccination), complete a daily health screen, they shall wear a facemask and any other required safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) required by the Ministry of Heallth or Niagara Region Public Health department.

All Attendees must complete a COVID-19 Guest Confirmation Form – Proof of Vaccination and submit it to the College Contact no later than 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Attendees shall receive an email with instructions including a “barcode” to be used to ”tap” or “sign-in” at the designated entrance upon arrival to the Site Visit.
