Description

Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “College”) is seeking a service provider(s) to supply and install an audiovisual (AV) system (the “Work”) at the College. The College shall require pricing for the listed equipment along with any required project management and installation as outlined herein.

The College is currently renovating its Welland Campus’ Learning Commons area. The space will consist of two (2) distinct areas, where presentations or events may take place.

The successful Service Provider shall be required to:

Be experienced and qualified personnel to perform all of the Work described herein
Have the necessary tools and equipment to carry-out the services requested, including providing your own aerial lift
Have staff readily available to meet the College’s timelines and ensure continuous labour on-site once the Work commences
Have Liability Insurances and WSIB as outlined in the documents

The College will be conducting a recommended Site Visit which has been scheduled for:

Main Entrance of Applied Health (AH) Building
(Meet in front of the Information Centre)

This site visit will allow Respondents to visit and examine the site and become familiar with all features and characteristics affecting this Agreement.
