Description of the Work:
Conversion of existing classroom and office spaces into Nursing Lab Spaces and Occupational/Physiotherapist Lab Spaces, with footprint totaling 6,000 square feet. The work is spread over two floors of the School of Applied Heath at the Welland Campus. 1,500 square feet of the work is situated on the ground floor and 4,500 square feet is situated on the second floor.
The work must be completed by August 5, 2022.

If a Bidder or Major subcontractor (the "Attendee") is interested in attending this Bidders Briefing, the Attendee must provide Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccination), complete a daily health screen, they shall wear a facemask and any other required safety or personal protective equipment (PPE) required by the Ministry of Health or Niagara Region Public Health department.
All Attendees must complete a COVID-19 Guest Confirmation Form – Proof of Vaccination and submit it to the College Contact no later than 3:00:00 p.m. local time on Friday, February 11, 2022. Attendees shall receive an email with instructions including a “barcode” to be used to ”tap” or “sign-in” at the designated entrance upon arrival to the Site Visit.
